The breakfast was included, and everything we tried was fresh and really tasty. The onsen was clean and properly hot, though men and women use it at different times. The hotel feels new and cute, and while the rooms are small, they’re laid out efficiently. There’s a lot of automation, so you don’t get much customer service.

The location worked well, and I liked the service at reception. Everyone was attentive, especially one very friendly woman who speaks a little Portuguese and helped answer some of my questions. 🥰

The parking reservation lot fills up fast, even though the location itself is fine. I liked the welcome coffee, and the price felt fair. The place seems fairly new and is clean and pleasant. A few things in the room could be better: the desk light is too dim for working, the room lights only switch on or off, and the hair dryer blows strongly but has no temperature adjustment.
