Princess Court Hotel

No problem communicating in English!

This felt like a run-down country hotel. The rooms were old and dirty, nowhere near the standard of modern hotels. Even if it were free, I’d look for somewhere else.

It felt almost fairytale-like, and the staff left a good impression. I could book even on the same day. The place is old, but it seemed clean, with air purifiers throughout the room. For a room-only stay, I’d definitely come back. The three-way extension cord was handy. There were two kinds of shampoo and conditioner bottles, plus individual packets of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A razor and toothbrush were provided too. It would be nice to have a side table by the bed, even a folding one, and some deodorizing spray.

The place has a relaxed feel, and the staff are laid-back. I was surprised by the fairytale-like design when I first arrived; from outside it looks like a business hotel, though with an oriental feel. There’s parking for large vehicles, and Family Mart is nearby, along with a Chinese restaurant, yakiniku restaurant, and izakaya just a few minutes’ walk away. Konomiya Station is about a five-minute walk down a straight road. The only things I wished for in the room were a brush and deodorizing spray.
