We were too tired to keep going to Tokyo after arriving from the airport, so we booked one night here on the spot. No reservation was fine, and with late checkout the total was 80 euros. The room was small but had what we needed, including air conditioning, and the staff were kind, though their English was limited. WiFi is free, and there’s a 7 Eleven across the street. The restaurant was nice and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Buying internet at the airport machine would make getting around and communicating easier.

The service was good, and check in and checkout were quick. There’s also a free drink at the restaurant from 5 until closing. My corner room was chilly when I arrived because the heat was off, and it took about an hour to warm up. The toilet and seat weren’t heated either. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and well looked after. My 12 m² double room felt cramped for two people. The onsite Cafe was fine, though the small menu could use more variety; after a few days, it got tiring. Service from the staff was great.

The airport train is right across the street, and there’s a mall there too. A 7eleven sits directly behind the hotel. The airport may look far away on a map, but the train ride is short and worth it. The hotel itself was clean and nice, and the staff were very friendly. I’d definitely come back.

It’s a good option for a trip to Chiba, with a convenient location near the station and several supermarkets. The room was small but clean and practical, and the facilities were good. The price is a little higher than at other hotels in the same APA Branch, though.
