We’re hoping to make this our winter spot every year. The owner and manager was so friendly, accommodating, and attentive whenever we needed anything. The accommodation was spotless and nicely presented, and it had everything we could need, including a tea, coffee, and snacks bar right by the entrance. It’s a beautiful place with traditional styling, just minutes from town and the travelator up to the hill. Thanks for having all of us! :-) Highly recommend.

The meals were the highlight of our amazing three nights at nozawa onsen azegamikan. We went for the Japanese breakfast and were blown away by all the delicious food. The family running the place were so hospitable, and the rooms are beautifully finished. It’s right in the centre of town, close to everything. We’ll 100% be back.

The bed was so comfy, a 10/10, and the boot room was outstanding. Our boots dried really well overnight. It felt like the owner had snowboarders and skiers in mind when designing the hotel, since everything is laid out well and easy to access. Couldn’t recommend it more, and we’ll 100% try to book here again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The place is well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the Japanese breakfast is authentic. It’s also really close to the ski lifts.

The breakfasts were amazing, and they have a ski and boot room. Since we arrived at the start of the season, they also transferred us to the gondola. Our room was spacious, warm, and comfortable. The accommodation was delightful, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. We’d stay again! 🙂
