We really enjoyed dinner. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right for us. The room and public bath were very clean, and the staff were excellent. Mr. Nakamura was especially nice and polite. They don't provide free toothbrushes and toothpaste, but that wasn't a concern for us. Bringing our own and saving the earth seems to be a worldwide trend. We like this hotel, and people here are really nice.

We were very happy with the restaurant's dinner and breakfast menus. The staff were pleasant and ready to help whenever we needed it. There's a table tennis setup at the venue, and we had a wonderful hot bath in our room facing the forest. Highly recommended.

This feels like a scam. It's far more expensive in English than in Japanese. Even if you know Japanese or manage to translate the site, you can't book without a Japanese phone number, zip code, and your name in hiragana. This is racism.

The place looks good, but the service is poor. The food and restaurant are good.

Having to reserve the shuttle bus in advance isn't very convenient.
