Our room was spacious, with a double bed, a sofa beside it, and a pleasant view over a snow-covered suburb. The staff were kind and helpful when heavy snow kept us stuck for a day. They helped us try to call a cab, although all services had been suspended that day. We also had a washing machine in the room and used it for free, and checkout went smoothly. Getting into Sapporo takes some planning: you can take a bus to Asabu station and then continue into the city, or catch a bus that goes straight to Sapporo. The stop is only a minute away, but winter travel can be difficult if public transport is suspended.

A really good deal for a modern, newly built place, with a great onsen, useful amenities, and excellent service. The free brewed coffee was especially good. The location is far out, so you really need to be driving. If Otaru is on your itinerary, this can be a good stay with better room quality.

Modern, brand new, and comfortable, with a well-planned room. It's not large, but the layout makes good use of the space. There's a queen bed, a square dining/living area, and a huge TV.

The room was spotless and felt new, and having a washing machine and microwave right there was really handy. Great value, and I'll definitely come back.
