Hotel Water Resort Sendai (Adult Only)

Aside from a comfortable stay, I was bothered by two things: the toilet smelled of sewage from the beginning, and the air conditioner interior was coated in dust. The units were really dirty, so they should inspect the air conditioners in every room.

I have no complaints about anything else, and the sweets were wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious, with a level of satisfaction I couldn't believe for something included free for hotel guests.

The room felt too cramped, and the shower barely had any pressure. The temperature control was broken, so it kept producing hot water that I couldn't adjust. The bathroom drain was blocked and wouldn't clear, so I cleaned it myself. The TV was dusty enough to make me wonder whether anyone had cleaned it. We were here for our anniversary, and I left disappointed. Nearly everything on the menu had sold out, leaving me to order food I didn't want. I ordered two breakfasts, but they left out one set of chopsticks and spoons. I contacted the front desk and got no reply at all. What's going on? Could no one even say something? I'm sorry, but I won't stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The only thing I'd pick on was the weak shower pressure. The room and toilet were clean, and the jacuzzi bathroom was small but perfectly satisfactory. There were so many amenities, along with complimentary drinks and food and breakfast. It felt like an incredible deal.
