The service staff were very nice, and the price was excellent for what you get. The room had all the essential amenities, and the hotel was well equipped overall. It wasn’t spotless, but it was definitely clean enough.

There’s a kitchenette, and the facilities and amenities are super convenient. It’s very close to the station.

The staff were very good, but the room was old. There was no Wi-Fi and no phone in the room.

The staff were nice, but that was about the only good part. The room was old, the internet was slow and kept cutting out, and even getting to the stairs was a hassle. For $40 a night, this felt like a motel, not a hotel. There aren't any cheap restaurants nearby, just izakaya, and getting to Ishinomaki from Sendai was awful. This was my worst hotel experience in Japan. I'd thought even cheap Livemax places were top-notch until I stayed here.

My room had a nostalgic, comfortable feel, and the location worked well for exploring around Ishinomaki Station. Having to arrange parking separately from the hotel was a bit of a pain. Now that I know how it works, I'd consider staying here again.
