Chillout house Omuroyama - Vacation STAY 20959v

Parking was a challenge because the road was steep and the lot was small. Inside, the room was clean, with complete and convenient amenities, and we enjoyed our stay. Self-check-in was groundbreaking, and we appreciated the free coffee and dog treats. It took us a little while to figure out where the dishes and other things were kept. The barbecue uses gas, not charcoal. The hot spring water stopped at a set time at night, apparently from 11 PM to 6 AM.

It was a complete disaster. Parking was difficult, and two dogs in the house diagonally across the street barked all night. The owner there was yelling too, so I couldn't sleep at all. They were barking again in the morning!

The interior was nice, and the room and facilities, including the bathroom and Balmuda appliances, were very good. But the building overall felt old, and the location was terrible. The surrounding area is very steep and hard to get around. Parking was especially difficult. The lot has a steep incline, and even larger cars couldn't fit. When we tried to park, one wheel lifted off the ground and we nearly rolled over. We contacted the management company and were told to use a nearby coin parking lot, but there wasn't one nearby. In the end, we had to ask a neighbor directly if we could park there. We were eight people from two families.

There were cockroaches and centipedes, and the building was shabby. The stay left me with only bad memories. It wasn't a proper vacation rental and was poor value for money.
