The view stretches down the valley all the way to the sea. The dome tents are very spacious and clean, with no real difference from a 4-5 star hotel. The food choices were just right, grilling was easy, and we could bring our own wine. We'll definitely stay again!

The private bath was a real treat, and seeing the stars was beautiful ⭐️. I wasn't sure you could reserve a bath just for yourself, but I guess that's possible when there aren't many guests. I'd happily stay again if I get the chance! Our room had such cute Christmas decorations, which got me excited. It had a toilet and shower, plus hair irons and disinfecting wipes. I've never seen service this good at this price. Even if you book without meals, you can use the barbecue grill and they provide seasonings and paper plates. There are so many condiments to choose from, it's fun. I even wondered if we were allowed to use them all.

The trickiest part of our stay was getting into the tent. We booked through a travel site and never received the form for self check-in, so we didn't have the code for the auto-lock. The inn staff had to come open it for us. Booking on the official site should avoid that problem, and I expect they'll improve the process. I stayed in Tent D on January 17th. The hot springs were the highlight. Shin-Sagami no Yu has a distant horizon view, and if you sink low enough in the water, it almost gives the impression of an infinity pool. Megami no Yu was lovely even in winter. After staying in the water a while, I noticed a slight sulfur smell and a pleasantly tingling heat. The four baths for spring, summer, autumn, and winter seemed to differ in size and temperature. The springs on the property are said to flow naturally, without heating or added water. Fujiyoshi Inn originally built the place so guests could enjoy hot springs without contact during the coronavirus pandemic. There were no bugs in winter, and the warmth of the baths was amazing. The standard comforter and blanket felt a little cold, even with the air conditioner turned all the way up. The next morning I realized I could have borrowed a blanket from an unused bed and pulled it over my head. If you're concerned, ask for an extra blanket ahead of time. The pillows were definitely too high. Several lower options would suit more people. The facilities are thoughtfully arranged, with a dog run at Tent E and a private hot spring at Tent F. I had pictured waking up to birdsong in the open air, but mostly heard crows. Crows are birds, after all.

The tent view, steak, turban shells, and breakfast bread were all fantastic on our first glamping trip in August. Since we'd never tried glamping before, we had a few things that bothered us, just as our own first-timer experience. We couldn't figure out where to park a large car. The road is narrow, and I don't think a vehicle 1.8-2m wide can make it to the top. At night, the air conditioner's outdoor unit was so noisy we couldn't sleep, and the pillows were too high. Dinner cleanup didn't happen at the scheduled time, and they only came the next morning. Mosquitoes got inside and bit us a lot, with no mosquito coils or similar provided. There were several Miracast connections on the TV, apparently shared with nearby tents, so we couldn't tell which one to use. The WiFi kept dropping, and the shower and toilet areas were separated by a partition between two rooms, which left the floor soaked. Bugs came around while we ate outdoors; insect spray did nothing, perhaps because it was a mild formula. A fly swatter would have helped.

Rain didn't stop us from grilling on our private deck, though I'd love to come back on a sunny day to see the ocean in better weather. We stayed with our two children and found the dome tents spacious and comfortable. There was a toilet, shower, and sink right inside, plus toys like a ride-on bulldozer and badminton gear. The kids had a great time playing in the tent, especially on the outside swing at Tent D. They were also thrilled by the park on the property. I expected glamping with children to be a bit of a challenge, but it was easy to relax here. The private hot spring was available around the clock as often as we wanted, so our family could enjoy the water straight from the source on our own. The roomy ocean-view domes, luxurious BBQ, and natural spring made for a genuinely relaxing break outdoors. We chose the premium meal plan, and everything was delicious: beef sirloin, abalone, spiny lobster, and scallops. I was surprised to find food of that quality at a glamping site. The cheese-filled ajillo was great too. For dessert, we roasted more than marshmallows, we made taiyaki and Country Ma'am cookies, and the kids loved the roasted sweet potatoes. This was the most satisfying glamping place I've stayed at. The food, private hot spring, and comfortable tents let us enjoy the outdoors with the ease of a hotel, and we left very happy.
