The first class room was a good size, and I enjoyed the stay. I think the extra cost is worthwhile if you can afford it. The staff were lovely, the amenities were good, and the location was excellent after a long international flight. The quiet rule helped keep things peaceful. Apart from the occasional zipper or footsteps, it was quiet, and I was lucky not to hear snoring. But, as other reviews have mentioned, you can definitely hear it, so light sleepers should be aware. I hope capsule-style hotels find a way to soundproof the rooms. I'm used to soft beds, and both the beds and pillows here felt really firm. I still got some rest, but the stiffness could affect your sleep.

This was my second stay, November 24-26, 2025, Monday to Wednesday, at ¥8300 per night for a Biz Cabin. I'd requested my favourite cabin when booking, and they were able to accommodate me. The staff were kind and hardworking, and took pride in keeping the whole place clean and tidy. The women's public bath has four showers, but it was super crowded when I went at 11 pm last time. There are also a few separate private shower rooms. Towels, PJs, shampoo, face wash, skin lotion and moisturizer are all provided. The washing and drying machine is coin-operated. Washing alone costs ¥500, and detergent is added automatically. It's so nice to wake up at the Airport for an early departure. Prices have gone up, like everywhere else, but I'm grateful for the free mattress and pillow rentals since the bed is a bit too hard for a side sleeper like me.

Everything was perfectly clean, and I slept comfortably. It's a great hotel in terminal 1 of the airport, with a shower and Onsen on the same floor for relaxing. They provide individual pajamas, a toothbrush, towels, a comb, a mask and earplugs, pretty much everything a traveler could want.

I see what they're going for, but having a thin blind that can't be locked and doesn't reach the floor instead of a proper door is ridiculous. Light from the corridor keeps getting into your cell, and there's no soundproofing at all. You hear everything, even someone coughing, sniffing or farting. At least making the blind reach the floor would help. There was a TV, but I was afraid to turn it on and disturb people. They give you disposable slippers for walking to the bathroom, which is warm, clean and dry. But I forgot to take mine off to brush my teeth, and a Japanese guy went apperplectic, yelling "no thlipper" over and over and pointing at my feet. In a country where so many people wear masks to avoid infection, making you go barefoot in the bathroom seems strange. I was on the lower floor, which was too hot and stuffy to sleep in. When I left early the next morning, the A/C seemed better upstairs. Also, the rules and conditions run to about 10 pages of A4. The heading is in English, but the rest is written in Japanese.

Being inside the airport is very convenient for flights at odd hours, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating as usual. My room was covered in dust, though, so the place was only somewhat clean. The bathrooms were clean when I used one just after it had been cleaned, but I can't say what they were like later. You don't get slippers for the shower area, only for the toilets. They give you clean clothes, a body towel and a face towel; other amenities are at the counter, while toiletries are in the bathroom itself. If you're picky or squeamish, this might not be the place for you. Light sleepers, beware. The cabin doors don't close fully, so light always comes in, and people keep arriving at odd hours. If you wake easily, sleeping can be impossible. If you can choose, ask for a room away from the luggage hold, which is the noisiest area. Internet coverage in the rooms is bad, though the WiFi works fine. I wouldn't stay again.
