Daishoji was full that night, so I stayed here. The stay itself was fine, but 10,500 yen felt steep for a Thursday, especially with such an uninspiring Friday breakfast. Not one of the better APA Hotel Chain properties, unfortunately.

The station is right next door, which made getting around easy. The staff were really friendly and helped us a lot.

Thicker scrambled eggs and milk at breakfast, please. With those changes, getting five stars would be much easier.

It’s an average APA branch, but the low room rate makes it workable. You can see its age, and it’s right by the train station exit.

Breakfast was plentiful, and the station is only about 30 seconds away. The room felt small even for a semi-double, and the unit bath had separate hot and cold water controls.
