It snowed while we were there, and they had boots for us to use. The whole building was heated and the rooms were spacious. From the food and onsens to the yukata and pajamas, everything was provided, and I was pampered like a queen. The staff were courteous and always ready to help. It's definitely worth hiring a car and spending a few nights in this heavenly place.

The onsen was really relaxing, with a great view outdoors. We chose to have dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and the food was carefully prepared and tasted healthy. Service was phenomenal from pickup at the train station right through checkout. Two thumbs up for the staff's hospitality.

The onsen was amazing, as were the amenities that came with it. I also loved the spacious rooms and the delicious breakfast and dinner, which highlighted Ishikawa cuisine. The hotel staff in both reception and dining were lovely. It was the most memorable accommodation from my Japan trip.

The service and dining were such a delight. The setting was peaceful and a welcome change from Japan's usual hustle and bustle. I only wish we'd had another night to enjoy this traditional location more.

The hot spring resort is in an amazing spot, within walking distance of a beautiful bridge, trails, and a local store. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and even had boots ready for us when it was raining. The food was very good. I just wish there were more Western food options to change things up when staying more than one day.
