They provided everything we needed, from the food and onsens to yukata and pajamas, and I felt pampered like a queen. The whole building was heated and the rooms were spacious. It snowed during our visit, but they had boots we could use. Staff were courteous and always ready to help. It’s definitely worth hiring a car and staying a few nights in this heavenly place.

We chose to have both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and the food was carefully prepared and tasted healthy. The onsen was very relaxing, with a lovely outdoor view. Service and hospitality were excellent from the pickup at the train station right through checkout. Two thumbs up for the staff.

The spacious room and lovely staff at reception and in the dining room made this the most memorable accommodation of my Japan trip. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with Ishikawa cuisine in the spotlight, and the onsen and its amenities were amazing.

It was peaceful and a lovely break from Japan’s usual hustle and bustle. The service and dining were a delight. We just wish we’d had another night to enjoy this traditional place more.

The resort has a great setting, within walking distance of a beautiful bridge, trails, and a local store. The staff were friendly and attentive, and even got boots ready for us when it was raining. The food was very good. I only wish there had been more Western food options for a stay longer than one day.
