Yunoyado Hakusan Shoubutei

A really nice hotel, with a good view and setting, amazing food, and excellent service. I must come back.

The onsen was very good, and so was the food!

The landlady was lovely, refined and friendly, and the young landlady? had a beautiful smile. The rest of the staff were smiling and welcoming too. My friends loved Shobutei and kept saying they'd definitely return. Thanks for making our New Year's holiday so wonderful. We stayed two nights, starting on New Year's Eve. The shuttle brought us from the station, and the friendly front desk gave us our key. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable, spacious bed. After tea and sweets and a short rest, I went straight to the bath. The large public bath was just the right temperature, and I came away refreshed, feeling my fatigue melt away. On January 2nd, I enjoyed the snowy scenery from the open-air bath. The meals were delicious, with crab, sashimi, seafood, meat, soup, and plenty of rice. I usually eat a little less, but finished it all. 😊 The portions might be a bit much for women, so it could be a good idea to ask in advance. Thank you very much.
