Getting in was straightforward, and I liked how convenient access to the apartment was. We booked a family unit: the living area was compact, with a 55" TV and two beds beside it, one queen and one single. The separate bedroom had two queen beds. It’s a nice serviced apartment near the train station, arranged over three levels with two or three units on each. Entry is fully unmanned, so you just follow the instructions they provide.

There wasn’t anyone on site to help when something went wrong, which makes this a poor choice for older guests. As a tourist without a Japanese mobile number, I had a bad check-in experience. I had to borrow a local resident’s phone to call the hotel for the door code, and even after 3pm I still hadn’t received my check-in ID.

For the price, it’s good value, and the hotel itself feels upscale. The self check-in process is a bit tedious, though, and it can quickly become a hassle.

The price was reasonable, and the location seemed nice. The room was really clean and pleasant, with everything I needed.

Spacious and comfortable, spotless too. Getting settled in was easy.
