It’s about a five-minute walk from Taniyam, and there’s a good izakaya nearby. Good value for the money.

There’s plenty nearby for everyday needs, with convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance. The JR station is about 7-8 minutes away on foot, and the tram stop takes around 15 minutes, so getting to Kagoshima Chuo Station or Tenmonkan for a night out is easy. This weekly apartment is in central Taniyama, one of Kagoshima’s sub-centers. If you have a car, the coastal “Sangyo-dori” road has shopping centers, home improvement stores, big bookstores, electronics shops and restaurants, so you can find pretty much everything close by.
