The cleaners’ noise woke me around 9:30 AM, whether or not I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on. The walls didn’t block sound at all during my two days there. I also called the front desk around 6 AM and spoke in English, and they hung up. When I called again, no one answered. I went down to ask why, and they said it must have been someone from the previous shift and they didn’t know what happened. My complaints were ignored. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to foreigners.

Getting luggage into the lobby was really inconvenient because there are only stairs and no ramp at the front of the building. We had to carry our heavy bags up from the street. The room was small and smelled, so that needs work. Breakfast was cheap and okay.

The hotel is old, but well cleaned, and I was comfortable here again on my second stay. Breakfast is delicious, and I look forward to it every time. The staff in both the breakfast area and housekeeping were friendly too. I plan to keep staying here and hope to see you next time.

I walk along this road all the time and had been curious about the hotel. It has just the bare necessities, but that was enough for a comfortable stay and I had no complaints. For 400 yen, guests can use the bath and sauna at the hotel in the annex next door. Parking was 500 yen from 9pm to 7am.
