The room had enough space to open our large luggage, and the location wasn’t bad, though other hotels put you closer to the shopping street by around 200-300 meters or more. What made this the worst hotel of our trip was the dirty bathroom and tub, along with the staff member’s attitude. I understand if they can’t speak English, but the way I was treated felt off. With the service we got, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

There’s a small park and shrine nearby, as well as plenty of vending machines for both hot and cold drinks. The hotel itself was clean, and the rooms had a lovely interior. We really appreciated the complimentary toiletries. The staff were kind and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back.

The location is excellent, close to shops and restaurants, and the breakfast had a great selection and tasted wonderful. Definitely don’t miss it. At reception, Ms. N. Rejina gave excellent service, and our family appreciated all the help and information she provided. The breakfast room needs quicker table clearing, though. We had to wait too long, and in my experience there weren’t enough staff members clearing tables.
