Ones Villa Sapporo House - House

Check-in was simple: the owner answered our questions about parking promptly, and we arranged things through LINE because the booking site had censored the important links and emails. We entered with a code, and checkout required nothing since the door locks itself. Parking was tricky to get into from the alley, which branches off the busy main road, and the entrance only fits one small compact car. Google Maps makes the location a little confusing. There are plenty of shops nearby, though, which is handy if you’re walking or using public transport. The villa itself was huge, over 70m2, and had two toilets, two beds, two shower areas, a large TV lounge, dining area, and a spacious tatami room with an incredible setting. Instructions for the light and heater controls were posted in each area. The two regular beds in the bedroom were Japanese futons on wooden frames, and they were softer than I like. We stayed at One's Villa Sapporo for two nights, May 8th to 10th, at the end of our Hokkaido trip. This was easily the best accommodation we’d had across our two trips to Japan. It was meant for four or more people, but we thought it was good value even as a couple. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo. I don’t think you’ll find another place remotely this large at the price.
