The room was very comfortable and surprisingly big by Japanese standards. The staff were friendly, and the city tram station is just two minutes away. I used the paid laundry service. I dropped off my dirty clothes in the morning and got them back that evening, nicely folded.

Lovely atmosphere, though the rooms are on the small side.

6/10
The room was really clean and pleasant, and breakfast was amazing. But the internet kept dropping every 2-3 minutes all day, so I can only give it 3 stars. If you need reliable WiFi on your own devices, this probably isn't a good choice for tourists.

There’s plenty of shopping, places to eat, and bars nearby at all hours. The staff are nice, and the room was fine.

Watching the sunrise over the volcano at breakfast was a highlight, and the hot tub has a full volcano view. A very good hotel.
