The room was a good size and very clean. We were on the green level on the 8th floor, facing away from the train tracks, and the double-glazed windows helped keep the noise down. I'd recommend that floor. The location is excellent, very central, with easy trips to Shinjuku, Ginza, and Roppoongi.

We found the Japanese mattresses thinner than we're used to, but the very friendly staff brought us extras to stack up and make the bed more comfortable. Service was great, and the location is convenient. The room was noisier than we liked because it's beside a highway and train. If you're a heavy sleeper, you should be fine. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 rather than 5 stars.

The room was clean and the staff were super friendly. It's just three minutes from Suidobashi subway station, and only a couple of stops from a lot of major stations. Hotels closer to Tokyo cost so much more. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was nicely designed and comfortable, and I liked that the pajamas were replaced each day. I stayed in a corner room on the 7th floor. Train noise was manageable since I usually sleep after the last train, and the elevator worked well. The common areas were clean and well maintained. What affected our stay was the amount of dust in the air. I can't tell whether it came from the mattress or vibrations from the nearby trains, but my girlfriend and I both came home with red rashes and clogged noses. In the morning sunlight, we could clearly see specks floating around. An air purifier would make a big difference, especially if this is a known issue. The hotel is near Suidobashi/Iidabashi Station, though walking there with large luggage and a carry-on still felt like a hassle. There were some good points, but the air quality issue had a real impact on the experience.
