The futon was barely a centimeter thick, so I had a terrible night sleeping on the floor. When I arrived, the room was cold and empty, and I had to set the futon up myself. My mom was meant to join me the next day, so I asked for extra mattresses because I couldn't imagine an older person sleeping on the floor like that. They said they didn't have any. At $45 a night, I don't recommend this place at all. I left a day early and asked about a refund. They refused, then canceled my Booking.com reservation and claimed I hadn't shown up, which meant I couldn't leave a negative review. That felt dishonest, and I'm really angry about it. For the price, there are much better places in Osaka, with proper beds. Avoid this place. In response to your comment, calling it “traditional” doesn't make sleeping on the floor okay. I've slept on futons elsewhere and they were never like this. Canceling on Booking.com and saying I didn't show up was dishonest. Customers should be refunded when they're made to sleep on the floor. This felt like a scam. Put in comfortable futons. It wouldn't cost much and could prevent other guests from having the same experience.

There isn't much to do nearby, but I chose this place for its closer access to the airport, not for sightseeing. The room itself was great, with soft floors and nice air conditioning, and the kitchen and washroom were very clean. Check-in left me a little confused, and I wasn't sure about having my passport photographed. Still, I had a great stay and would recommend it if you want to experience a quieter, less urban side of Japan. 😊

We drove there and found inexpensive overnight parking near Lawson for 400 yen. The place worked well for a night before an early flight. The family room was good, and both the bathroom and toilet were clean. Self check-in was easy apart from the passport recording.

A handy place to spend a night near the airport. There aren't many kitchen items.
