The location near the center of Katamachi made it easy to drop off our luggage and head straight into town. For such an inexpensive stay, it was a clean and convenient place. The rooms are small, but new, with roomy beds, and the unit bath was spotless with a strong shower. Each room has a little fridge, while there’s a shared microwave on every floor. You can pick up whatever amenities you need at the first-floor front desk.

It’s easy to get to downtown restaurants and shops, and Ninja Temple is within walking distance. The room was clean in this new hotel, though the washroom is small. Breakfast is local rather than Western, but the food was cold. There is a microwave if you want to heat it up.
