It was an average experience.

The two-storey house is spacious and the unit has everything well set up. The parking space is too tight for a 6 seater, though, and the room gets bright after sunrise, before 6am, because there are no curtains. I loved being able to use the bike and washer-dryer for free.

The parking space is extremely narrow, so if parallel parking isn't your strong point, you'd better avoid it before you cause a problem. The floor gets very cold in winter, and even with the heating on, the room doesn't warm up because there are barely any partitions. I guess they took them out to make more space. The dryer was useful, and cleanliness was fine. There aren't many outlets, so you'll probably need to unplug something that's already in use.
