The room was the most spacious hotel room I’ve had in Japan, and the stay lived up to the other guests’ reviews. Luggage storage was easy to use and check-in went smoothly. The free laundry room, microwave, and water cooler were a nice bonus. I’d come back 100%.

The staff were friendly, easy to talk to, and all spoke English, and the location inside Kanazawa was nice. The hotel itself is new and pretty. My room was roomy, clean, and attractive, though at night we could hear the laundry machine and other odd noises. I also wish there had been a toilet brush. Breakfast was disappointing. There wasn’t a choice, and nobody asked about food restrictions before serving it, so I had to check for myself. The staff did change my soup. It was cheap, but I’d skip breakfast. Still, I recommend the place for its cleanliness, location, and helpful staff.

A big thank you to the whole team at Hotel Min Kanazawa. We loved our stay in the suite and will definitely return on our next visit to Kanazawa. It was easy to get to, and the suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The bathroom was fantastic, and the amenities were excellent. Pauline (France)

My family loved staying here, and we all felt comfortable and happy throughout the visit. The facilities were good, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient, and the staff were so friendly and helpful that we felt very welcome. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.
