Hotel Resol Trinity Kanazawa

The room was a regular size, and I was surprised they had so many different kinds of phone charging cables available. The location is close to Kenrokugen and Kanazawa Castle, so there's not much more to say about how convenient it is. My main reason for taking off points is breakfast. They do serve it, but there isn't much choice, and personally I wouldn't recommend booking a plan that includes it because I didn't think it was worth the price.

The staff were amazing. After we called the next day about a necklace we'd left behind, they went out of their way to get it back to us. Rather than use regular mail, which would have taken two days, they walked to 7-Eleven and sent it overnight. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, nicely decorated, and had comfortable beds.

The Halloween decorations and little ghost treasure hunt were so cute while we were there. We also found the food delicious, the rooms clean, and the design immaculate, with thoughtful amenities throughout. The front desk agents were especially kind and helpful. The location was super convenient too. Thanks for such a perfect stay!

Omicho market, local bus stops, and convenience stores are all close by. The hotel is about an 18-minute walk from the bus terminal and JR station, though, so with luggage it's best to take a local bus there.
