The room was tiny for two, though the photos made that clear. We were beside the elevator, but even as a light sleeper I wasn't disturbed. Parking across the intersection cost ¥700 for the night. In the morning there was nobody at reception, and I couldn't find a luggage room or anyone to ask about leaving my bags for half a day. That was unusual and inconvenient. Still, I really appreciated the back office helping me change a non-refundable booking I'd made for the wrong date. That kindness earned them five stars from me.

Simple, quiet, clean, and inexpensive. Kanazawa Station is about a 10-minute walk away, and there's a Seven Eleven five minutes on foot. Just what I needed for a place to stay.

A real bargain, with clean rooms, decent amenities, and a handy location about a 10-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. One drawback is that they don't store luggage on either check-in or check-out day. Check-in is only available from 3 PM to 10 PM, since staff aren't there outside those hours. Check with the hotel directly about the hours.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were tidy. It's roughly an 8-minute walk to the station, but the hotel isn't close to the city center or attractions, so the location wasn't very convenient for me. Breakfast was disappointing.
