The bathroom and laundry space smelled of mold, and now I can't get the odor out of my clothes. The rooms were much smaller than the photos suggested. Each person got one tiny pillow and one tiny bath towel, and management refused to provide extras unless we gave up what we already had. A ridiculous policy and terrible management. I wouldn't stay here again.

The place was very dirty, and the rooms felt far too cramped for a group. The sheets smelled, the towels were small, and each person had just one pillow that offered no support. They refused to give us more.

There’s a kitchen built in if you need to cook, but keep in mind there’s no staff on site and breakfast isn’t included. The place is rated three stars, yet our experience felt like five all the way. It was beautifully laid out with both wood flooring and tatami, clean, and a good size for four people. Getting there from the station was easy, and I’d make it my base every time if I could.

We stayed for a couple of nights as a family and had a great time. The apartments are lovely, with plenty of space by Japanese standards, and everything was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the place felt secure. It’s close enough to walk to everything. Highly recommended.
