A quiet room, and the size felt just right. It was a great place to stop for the night.

At around 6,000 yen for a double room for two, the price is reasonable, and it works well as a place to stay before heading to tourist spots. The air conditioning wasn't very effective. In the middle of winter or summer, you may need to turn it up, and then end up with a hoarse throat and feeling unwell after sleeping. In a double room, there may also be just one set of pillows and towels. Since the front desk is unmanned after 11pm, it's best to check on those as soon as you arrive.

I found the rooms very quiet and comfortable because each one is a separate container, with no connections above, below, or beside it, so everyday sounds don't carry through. The parking lot is right in front, though, and doors closing or people coming and going can echo a little.

The room and facilities were clean, and the air conditioning worked well, so I was perfectly fine overall. Still, there were a few odd things. I said I was a non-smoker when asked, but was sent to container number 1, in the smoking area outside next door. Maybe because it was connected to the reception container, there was a mysterious knocking sound at regular intervals. I also found a dried-up used contact lens stuck to the back of the air conditioner remote.
