Hotel Valentine Chiryu - Adults Only

We came to Japan for the Formula 1 Gran Prix in Suzuka, and Nagoya hotels were either sold out or very expensive, so this was a perfect alternative. The receptionist was super nice and kindly walked us through the hotel processes, answering our questions. Our room was comfortable, clean, and very nice, with a safe and relaxing atmosphere. If you don’t mind taking the train to Nagoya, this is great value.

I hadn’t stayed here before and didn’t realize checkout was done through the TV, so I went to the front desk to pay and ask how to use the discount coupon. The male staff member was extremely rude and unpleasant. He gave no explanation or guidance as he should have, and didn’t really listen to me. When I brought up the coupon, he said, “I haven’t heard anything about that,” and dismissed what I was saying. The price and discount weren’t the main issue. I was very dissatisfied with the staff member’s attitude and the poor service.

August 1, 2025 I’d stayed in this room before, and after the renovation it was much cleaner and more comfortable. I was the first guest to stay here following the renovation. The 7th-floor rooms are a cut above other love hotels, so I recommend them for special occasions.

The karaoke acoustics were excellent, and staying with my girlfriend became a wonderful memory. I’ll stay again, and thank you very much. I’d been here before the renovation, but the room on the 7th floor is even cleaner and better now.
