Yanagisawa was especially helpful, and the place and location were excellent. The downside was having to carry our luggage up the stairs, which isn't very helpful for older people 🥴.

After 8pm, it seemed like no one was staffing the property. Before that, the service was polite and professional. The rooms were clean and well kept, and housekeeping was up to the standard of a four-star hotel. It's a little away from the main street, but you can rent bicycles. With a bike, everywhere is about 10 minutes away, unless it's raining or snowing. Without transport, the location isn't ideal.

There aren't many things close by, but the hotel was more comfortable than I expected. Prince Shopping Plaza is a 7-10 minute walk, and there are a couple of convenience stores nearby. The friendly staff carried our heavy suitcases on the stairs. There are no elevators, and no non-smoking rooms, so the smoke smell was hard to deal with. Still, I wouldn't mind staying again.

The rooms were clean and the price was good. It's conveniently near Prince shopping mall. Facilities are basic but work fine, so I'd recommend it.
