We stayed while visiting Inuyama. There aren’t many dog-friendly places to stay near there, so this was convenient, about a 30-minute drive away. The room was clean, and the kids loved the loft and hammock play area. Our dog enjoyed the spacious garden, and we were able to relax. I’d definitely stay here again.

There were free drinks in the fridge and even ice cream in the freezer, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, and the place itself was lovely and peaceful. The owner was very friendly too. I'd happily stay again if I get the chance.

Cooking for yourself seems to be the main option here, since there are hardly any restaurants within walking distance. Two convenience stores are a bit farther away, oddly enough both FamilyMart, one on each side of the road. I've also heard barbecues might bother the neighbors. For the quality, though, I found it overpriced.
