The room had been renovated and was relatively clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everyone on staff was very friendly. Convenience stores were close by, and getting here was easy on foot from JR Kawasaki station or Keikyu Kawasaki Station. There's also an underground street with lots of restaurants and supermarkets. I'd definitely come back if I get the opportunity.

The rooms are small, which could be too tight for some people. I was on my own, so it didn't bother me much, and I'd stay again. For what I paid, the room was fantastic and the value incredible. The front desk was great and helpful.

The counter staff member, who looked Indian, was very rude and shouted at me when I tried to move my luggage into the dining area. Can hotel staff shout at customers, even when they've done something wrong unintentionally? Please beware of this Indian-looking counter staff member! 😡

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, though choices get limited after midnight. The Wi-Fi was decent but not that good. Checkout at 12 pm was just what I needed. Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the rooms are big. Free breakfast, and definitely worth the price. All in all, a 4/5 hotel.

The 12 pm checkout makes for a more relaxed departure, and the Wi-Fi is decent and functional, though not exceptional. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, but options may be limited after midnight. A pleasant stay and a 4/5 hotel, comfortable and convenient for the area.
