The onsen was nice, and there are some shopping areas nearby. This place is a bit far from central Tokyo, and you have to transfer at Shinagawa to catch the JR Yamanote line. With two kids, it can be hard to find a place in Tokyo that's cheap enough and has separate beds. The four-bed setup uses two rooms with bunk beds, but there's very little room to move between them or open suitcases. The rooms are extremely cramped. The bottom bed is queen-size, which was the best part, though the pillows felt like solid beans. You can get a couple more from the lobby to adjust your comfort. It's clean overall, with a tiny fridge and no microwave in the room, just one downstairs. It works better for one or two people in separate rooms, but more guests make it crowded.

Getting in and around the room is easy with a number-code lock and a pad-control device. You can use the pad and your fingers to control most in-room services. The hotel is right next to JR station, about a five-minute walk, with several department stores nearby for at least 90% of daily grocery needs. The free breakfast was a plus and pretty nice quality too. Highly recommend it.

The room is tiny but well organized, and has its own bathroom. It's a cheap, clean and comfortable hotel less than five minutes from the station. There's also a good Onsen, a big bath where you can relax, and a free drink bar at reception. With convenience stores and a shopping mall nearby, it's easy to find somewhere good to eat, even late at night. Enjoy!!

The hot bath at the hotel is excellent, and the service is really nice, with super polite staff. Rooms feel a little cramped, especially with two people, but overall it's a good place for a relaxing stay. It's wonderful and near the station.
