Delight Stay Hotel Kurosaki Station

It's close to the station and costs less than nearby business hotels, so I thought it was good value. Having a washing machine and microwave in the room was handy, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. The downside is the hardwood floors, which make chair noises from upstairs echo really loudly.

I was here for one night on a work trip and came away very satisfied. There are countless restaurants nearby.

The bed was especially comfortable, with two pillows, and I slept really well. The room itself was clean, with good amenities, a refrigerator, washing machine, VOD, and air conditioning that worked well. I got a call on the day of my booking telling me to go straight to my room if I arrived after 5 PM. Luckily I made it before then, and could see why they said that: it felt more like renting a unit in an apartment building than staying at a hotel. The location was good too, and seems like it would work well as a sightseeing base.

The inside felt roomy and comfortable, probably because it was originally a 1DK apartment for one person that had been renovated. I'd like to stay here as a base for future visits to Akama and Mojiko.
