Restay Penthouse - Adults Only

I stay here often, and the rooms are clean and cared for. The front desk is good on the phone and in person, and the hotel feels like more than you’d expect for the price. The food is tasty, with no real issues there. The beer is another story: it tastes so sour that it’s hard to drink without eating, and I wonder if the taps are being cleaned properly. That’s below what I’d expect from a hotel, though I can’t bring myself to rate the place negatively. Standard and Deluxe rooms seem to sell out on both weekdays and weekends, so book through the official LINE account if you want one at the Standard or Deluxe rate.

The rates were quite reasonable, and they had rooms with saunas too. Members also get two welcome drinks in the morning for free!

The LINE friend offer said it could be used nationwide, but when I tried it two weeks ago, I was told it only applied at that particular location, not at another store in the group. I emailed the head office to check and still haven't heard back. Is that one employee's reading of the offer, or is it the group's position? Who am I meant to contact? The LINE message doesn't say it is limited to one store, does it?

I couldn't feel comfortable using the service. Some of the staff's explanations and responses were hard to accept, and their way of speaking came across as excuse-making.
