The room and location were decent for the price, and breakfast isn’t necessary. I stayed several nights, and there was no cleaning during that time. Most of the staff, especially the women, were friendly. The problem was one middle-aged male employee who works weekends. He seemed bothered by even simple questions and couldn’t manage a proper greeting or response. I usually put up with unfriendly service and hadn’t planned to write anything until this happened. Around noon, I rang the bell to leave my key at the front desk, as the rules require when going out. He didn’t come over and shouted, “Leave it here!!!” If he’d just said he was busy and asked me to leave it on the counter, I’d have been fine with that. I understand they may be short staffed, but showing it in that way made me feel he wasn’t suited to service work. It’s a shame to rate the hotel one star because of one person, but this was some of the most irritating customer service I’ve had in a while, so I’m leaving the warning. Without him, I’d give it three stars. It’s an average hotel. I recommend avoiding weekends.

I booked on Agoda for one person in one room by mistake, at 5,800 yen. When I arrived and said I wanted to stay with two people, they added 7,000 yen, making the total 12,800 yen. The pricing hadn’t been explained clearly, and I found the way it was handled unfriendly. Then I checked out just three minutes late the next day and was charged another 2,500 yen. It felt like they cared more about collecting money than providing service. Check the guest count and price carefully when booking so you don’t make the same mistake. I won’t use this service again.

The Hanshin station is an easy walk away, and I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a roomy and very satisfying place for a location shoot, and it worked well for me traveling alone. It’s a business hotel converted from a sex club.

It’s spacious and comfortable compared with a business hotel, and the noise from the Hanshin Expressway Bayshore Route wasn’t an issue for me. The walk from the quiet station is even quieter, though the hotel isn’t very far away. I stayed here while traveling. Just bear in mind that it’s a love hotel, which could be a concern.
