Handy location, with a 7/11 connected to the building and the station just a short walk away. The room was okay for a cheap overnight stay, but it wasn't very clean. There was black mold all around the bathtub edges.

The room felt damp and made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was disappointing and didn't meet our expectations. The whole experience was below average.

It was my first stay here, in winter, and the staff greeted me warmly and professionally. Check-in was smooth, and they offered tea and coffee to take with me. My room was spacious, though it had two beds despite being a single room. Some things were disappointing: a light was broken, there was hair on one of the pajamas, the walls were dirty in spots, and the door was very hard to open. Still, it was a good stay for my business trip.

One night was quite a bargain for what I paid. The front desk kindly found a parking spot for my motorcycle 🏍️. This place is underrated.

The shower had strong, warm water, the air conditioning cooled well, and my solo room was clean. I was very satisfied with it. The staff were friendly too. There are two train stations within a 7-10 minute walk, and a 7-11 right next door for snacks and drinks. The laundry room has three coin-operated washers and dryers. I'll definitely stay again the next time I'm in Kobe.
