10/10
The room was nice and quiet, and the staff were welcoming. It's well placed for shopping and dining, and just a short trolley ride from the JR station.

4/10
The staff were lovely and tried to help, but all they could do was give us a fan. Our room was unbearable in the summer, and I couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning. I gave one point for the staff and another because staying in winter might be possible. But in 2023, not having air conditioning is absolutely unacceptable.

I only stayed one night and it did the job, though I'd have preferred somewhere more comfortable. The rooms are small, and the toilets are really, really tiny. The air conditioning had some rust, while the windows are small and don't offer much of a view.

The WiFi was really weak throughout the property, and I couldn't adjust the AC temperature.
