We had four rooms, and the only problems were in mine. The toilet kept running all night because the cistern was leaking, and there was no hot water, so I couldn't shower. The other three rooms were fine. The front desk staff were great, breakfast was included, and the price was reasonable.

The rooms were dirty and noisy, with bugs all over. I found a spider under my pillow, and there were more. Even on a budget, you can get a much better hotel in Kochi city for the same price.

The internet connection was poor, and the service wasn't good. The dryer didn't work, and the kitchen staff were discriminating.

It smelled bad, the service was very poor, and there were cockroaches.

Being close to the tram stop was the one convenient thing. The room Wi-Fi barely connected, so whenever I needed it, I had to go down to the front desk, which was really inconvenient. Service from the staff wasn't great either, though maybe that's what you get at this price. There was no bidet or heated toilet seat. With the room cleanliness and the age of the facilities, it was about what I'd expect for the cost, and didn't feel like a particularly good deal.
