Hotel Los Inn Kochi

For ¥4200 a night, Los Inn was a decent deal. We were four in one room, with two beds and two futons. It wasn’t big, but we had enough space not to feel squeezed together. Getting there with luggage took about 10-15 minutes on foot from JR Kochi station, and there was enough shade along the way even in the heat. The lobby has a great selection of manga, and pajamas and shavers are free to use. Service was good too. The bathroom is tiny, with the toilet, sink, and bath with shower all in it. The heat extractor wasn’t very strong, so warmth from a shower hung around. The room air conditioning worked really well, so I’d shower, dry off, then relax in the room for a bit before getting dressed.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful that staying here felt really relaxing. Rooms were clean, with air conditioning and big, comfortable beds. There’s a coin laundry too, which makes this a great place for walking Henro. Very good value.

Staff were friendly and the price was cheap, but the hotel is really old. My room had no windows, and I didn’t think much of the breakfast. It depends on what you’re looking for.

The place is a bit shabby, though the staff are very polite. It’s a decent business hotel, and the parking lot is very affordable.
