We needed some special help from the staff, and they were more than happy to assist. That was a huge help to us. Our group of three shared one room for a night before hiking in the Japanese Alps the next day. There was plenty of space for all of us, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and served buffet style, with enough options to pick what you like. We’d definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

The room was so tiny I couldn’t find space to open my luggage. At reception, they also didn’t know how to handle my overseas-issued credit card. The system asked me to choose a currency, but the receptionist kept saying there was an error.

A good room and a good location for the price, with a great cost benefit. The furniture has a few mags and a few plugs. They don’t serve dinner, but breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and offered lots of options. The staff were professional and educated. I recommend it highly. Thank you!

The service was great, though there wasn’t much choice at breakfast. The room was decent, but nothing luxurious.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well 😔. I had to open the window for a while 😞.
