The host was amazing, from suggesting activities to helping with laundry, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. When our train was delayed and we couldn’t arrive until midnight, he was very accommodating. Getting in was smooth and stress free. The common area was nice, the atmosphere was great, and the location was perfect for getting around town. This is a must-stay hostel in Nara. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. You’d miss out by not spending a night here.

I had such a lovely stay. The owners are really kind, and the location made everything easy, with Nara Park and Nara JR station nearby. I’d happily recommend it.

The hosts were thoughtful and very friendly, always happy to help with the little things. The hostel itself was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Being close to Nara Station also made it easy to get to the main street, Nara Park, and other popular sights. A real gem.

The owners make the place feel like home, they’re so kind. I’d love to stay here again once I’ve sorted out my Nara plans. See you soon, Hiro-san and Nagi-san.🙇♂️

Mr Hiro was so helpful, from suggesting places to visit to pulling out a list of vegan options in Nara. I really appreciated that, since not many hosts go to that trouble. My twin room was very comfortable, and I had it all to myself.
