There's a bus stop and tram nearby, and a large mall is within walking distance. The hotel is beautiful, with large rooms and good service. The staff are happy to help wherever they can.
8/10
The onsen being closed for renovation was disappointing. The room was neat and tidy, with all the essentials, and the toilet paper was good. WiFi was a little lacking but usable. Staff were friendly, though they might need to improve their English.
8/10
The location was good, and the staff were very kind and helpful. When we were trying to find restaurants, they offered to call and check whether we could get a reservation. The room wasn't the best available, but I could cope with it. For the price, I'm satisfied with my stay.
6/10
Service was good and breakfast was OK. The room's shower system was really inconvenient, and the sento is definitely very small, as the front desk had advised me.
6/10
For a solo traveler, this hotel is an OK standard. The main downside is the weak sound insulation: you can hear people talking in the hallway outside your room.
