I was on the 7th floor and had a great view. The room was very clean, the price seemed reasonable, and it was surprisingly quiet for the location, so I slept really well (lol). The facilities are old, but the bathroom shower seemed to have nanobubbles. They're making gradual improvements and putting effort into the business. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in Kurume.

The large bathtub was a nice touch, and the room was clean and spacious enough for a typical business hotel. There were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, though I was a little disappointed that there weren't many places to eat.

A standard business hotel, with Nishitetsu Hanabatake Station about a five-minute walk away and a supermarket there too. For stays of several nights, changing the gown costs 200 yen. As others have mentioned, there are no washlets. The bars are around a ten-minute walk toward Kurume, and Nishitetsu Kurume Station is one stop or five minutes away. Washing and drying each cost 300 yen at the coin laundry.

Avoid booking directly through the facility's website. The email you receive doesn't state the price, and after your stay you may be charged a different amount from the one shown on the hotel's website, which feels like being ripped off. I contacted the Consumer Affairs Center and had them get in touch with the hotel, but the hotel insisted they'd simply forgotten to update the website. I'm going to consult a lawyer.
