The internet worked most of the time, though it wasn't very fast. Still, this wasn't a good experience at Niseko Japan. The place needs serious renovation: bathroom floor tiles were loose, closet doors didn't shut properly, and drawers fell out whenever I opened them. The architecture is just so-so and could use an upgrade. The Jacuzzi was nice, but this is nowhere near a 3 star hotel. There were no safe boxes in the room or hairdryer, and the toiletries were cheap. They didn't even provide a box of tissues. The room lighting was terrible, and the bathroom needs a makeover. It feels stuck in the 50's, in a bad way.

I loved the big balcony with its jacuzzy and the fantastic design. This beautiful condominium in Lower Hirafu also has a large living room and feels very cozy.

The view is fantastic, and getting to the slopes is easy from this chalet rental. It's in a great spot, within walking distance of everything.
