Miru Niseko

The rooms were roomy, and the shuttle to town and the ski resort ran every 30 minutes. Staff were great throughout, keeping in touch by email to arrange our pickup and drop-off and get the accommodation ready. While we were there, they also helped with phone calls and Yamato luggage transport. When the local Hakodate line shut down on checkout day, Emma and a few other staff members spent almost two hours working to find us a taxi to the Shinkansen station. We were really happy with the stay. I'd give it 11/10.

Miru Niseko was in a beautiful, private spot, but the hotel shuttles and free bus made it easy to reach places within ten minutes. Niseko gets really expensive during the season because it's such a popular tourist destination. The staff suggested some places that weren't as costly, and they were incredibly helpful, arranging lots of things and answering all our questions. We had an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful family stay at Miru Niseko in December 2025. It was clean and peaceful, with lovely views, and the walk to the lodges was short. Rhythmn rentals were easy to return, and there's handy locker storage by the lobby. Hirafu was an easy drive away, and regular shuttles were available too. The staff were very helpful, especially Yue Fei.

The rooms are big and warm, with especially spacious bedrooms and large bathrooms. There's also a laundry room set aside for every few rooms. If you reserve two rooms, they connect through interior doors, which worked fantastically for us.
