Niseko Hirafu Ski Resort Condo

The condo is very new, clean, and cosy, with plenty of dishes and pans, a washing machine, and bathroom essentials. Customer support usually replied within 15 minutes, and it's well located for getting to Niseko and Rusutsu, with buses from a stop seven minutes away. Great value for money, and we really enjoyed our stay in Ski Condo. One thing to keep in mind if you're skiing at Niseko or Rusutsu: space is limited, so there's not much room for skis or boards, and drying clothes after a day in powder is tricky. As a suggestion for management, outside lockers for skis and boards and a shared indoor dryer for ski boots and coats could help. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic condo, though it's a 20-minute walk to anything.

This place sits in the Niseko area and makes it easy to get around. Electronics shops and the area's main hardware store are within walking distance. Cross the bridge for a nice view, then you'll find a large Aeon supermarket and a convenience store. A paved riverside path is great for a morning walk, though I'd rather bike or inline skate there. The river is said to be one of Japan's cleanest, and you can spot fishermen too. It's a shame that campervan guests parked here often don't even realize they're at this facility. In peak winter, two people currently pay around 30,000 yen, while the normal rate is under 20,000 yen with no extra fees. I've seen people say they hope this place stays unknown, and that's pretty much what I mean too. It even has information about places nearby worth visiting.
