At Ruby Chalet, we found the staff friendly and flexible, and they handled all our requests with a positive attitude. The property was warm and very clean, with everything we needed to use it as a home, from cookware, cutlery, Shabu and Sukiyaki equipment to rubbish bags and cleaning supplies. There was also plenty of filtered coffee, tea, sugar and more. The pillows were the one real drawback and need an upgrade to match the accommodation. The manual could also explain the equipment more clearly. We couldn't get the TV working.

After a day in the mountains, it was easy to get back and unwind, even though everything nearby was convenient to reach. The management company was excellent and quick to respond. The home was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a great stay. We'll book again next winter.
